• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items (if applicable).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).

• If your package is undelivered and returned (if applicable), return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

• Delivery times for replacements may vary based on your location.

Replacement / Exchange Terms (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to approval by our inspection team.

To request a replacement:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and issue details.

2. Once approved, return the item to the address above.

 

Refund Policy (if applicable)

Refunds are applicable only for regular-priced items. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

After receiving your return:

• Our inspection team will assess the condition.

• You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of the refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 15 working days.

 

No Refund for Successfully Printed or Laser Cut Items (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds for items that are successfully printed, laser cut, and shipped as per the order specifications.
If the product meets the quality standards and specifications, it is non-refundable.

 

Undelivered or Customer Unavailable Orders (if applicable)

If a shipment is returned to us due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the following applies:

• Refunds will not be issued for undelivered items.

• We will reship the product once to the correct address provided by the customer.

• Customers must pay the reshipping charges before the order is sent again.
